This year, Summit will be sharing the school bus with Polaris High. Our bus stops are now published on the Alpine School District Website. See this link: https://alpineschools.org/bus-boundaries/ and click on “Polaris and Summit” to see the map of all the stops the bus will make and what time it is scheduled to make the stop. If you have any questions, please contact the school at 801-610-8183.

Summit will continue to provide numerous extracurricular activities this year with our Healthy Lifestyles and New Exposure program. Details of each event will be outlined as we get closer to the dates of the specific activity. We are planning on continuing our climbing club every Tuesday after school, and fly fishing club starting in mid September. We are adding a golfing club on Friday’s through the months of September and October and a bowling club on Friday’s November through February. These are in addition to the Broadway in Utah musicals that will run through the school year, Clear Creek, UVU Dinners, and our TGIS-N(Thank Goodness Its Summit-Night) activities. The HLNE program is a favorite of both staff and students at Summit, and we encourage your students to take advantage of as many of the activities as their schedules allow.

The theme for the Alpine School District this year is “Focus on What Matters Most”. At Summit we have always focused on our students and will continue to do so this year. Our students are the reason we exist. We want all of our students to find success in school and develop a life of value and meaning. Our focus is on the ABG’s. Attendance, Behavior and Grades. If our students have high attendance, and maintain proper behavior while at school, we know the grades will follow. This will lead to success in school and earning credit needed to graduate. It is my hope that each of your students will enjoy their time at Summit and will find success.

Thanks for all you do to help your students find success in school and in life!
